1. How will I receive my package?

2. Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes, if you are not satisfied that this entire package is not worth at least $39.95, you can email us for a full refund. We feel confident that we can do this because in all these years we have never had anybody claim it was not worth the money spent.
3. Is this plan adaptable, can I make changes as I need to?
Yes, it is adaptable. The spreadsheets are unprotected so you can change titles and entries as needed. The actual plan is done in Microsoft Word and that too can be changed or added to at any time.
4. Are you available if I have questions?
Yes, you can email or call us and we will take the time to answer any questions you have about the manual.
5. Will this manual work for any kind of facility?
The layout we provide is specific to arena soccer and roller hockey. however, the business plan and marking plan instructions are universal to just about anything. We have had facilities that play basketball, volleyball, and other indoor sports use our business plan manual.
6. What format do the files come in?
The files are a combination of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PDF file formats. As long as you have Excel, Word, and Acrobat Reader you will be able to use the files on a MAC or PC.
